Digital Germany
- First offered in 2017, Digital Germany is a two-course (six credits) education abroad program. Approximately 15 students enroll in a Biosystems Engineering course as well as a UK Core in Global Dynamics. Students visit three different cities in Germany: Berlin, Tuebingen and Munich. This program is not offered every year, so interested students should check with their advisor to include it in their plan of study. Interested students should contact Joe Dvorak at joe.dvorak@uky.edu.
A Semester in Brazil
- Through an exchange program between the BAE department and several universities in Brazil, junior- or senior-level undergraduate students can spend approximately six months experiencing Brazilian culture, earning credits toward their BAE degree and learning Portuguese.
