World Food Day is a day to promote awareness of hunger and promote action for the future of food, people, and the planet. Join the International Village and Engineering LLP for a special presentation: Global Food Security: Role of Engineering by Dr. Akinbode Adedji, Associate Professor of Food Engineering in the Department of Biosystems & Agricultural Engineering. After the presentation, students will have the option to make (and eat) pancakes with an international twist.
